At Vami Glow Bar, refunds are governed by clear and transparent conditions. Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders that are not delivered due to verified operational or logistics issues.

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Refund processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

Refunds are not applicable for delivered products, delayed deliveries within the estimated timeframe, customer unavailability, or incorrect shipping information. Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds once shipped.
